Diane Keller
ASSOCIATE MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed? Life can be complicated and stressful. We may feel like we’ve tried everything, but for some reason, we still feel stuck. Sometimes, we can pinpoint why we feel this way. Other times, it can feel like it just comes on for no apparent reason.
If you’re ready to get unstuck, find your path, and feel joy, I can help. I’ve been there, and I know how difficult it can be to find the path forward. I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people process their experiences and learn coping skills to make positive, empowering life changes. Therapy can be one of the greatest gifts we give ourselves. In looking for help, you have already taken the first step toward feeling better.
You don’t have to do this alone. Each of us has our own unique story. I am here to help you explore yours. My most important goal in counseling is to create a warm, compassionate, and trusting space to help you deal with personal challenges. We will work together to get you where you want to be.
