ASSOCIATE MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST

You may be feeling overwhelmed or stressed about something happening in your life. Maybe you have noticed certain patterns in your behavior, thoughts, or relationships that just don’t feel right anymore. Maybe you are carrying some anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional weight that is hard to explain but impossible to ignore. You might not know exactly what needs to change, but you know something has to. These feelings are normal and common, and you may want someone to walk alongside you as you rediscover your own strength, wisdom, and clarity.

Please know that you are not alone during this time. I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. Together, we can walk through this path and work together in uncovering what it is that is holding you back. This is a time for us to be collaborative and work on utilizing and identifying strategies, self-regulate, and explore more about yourself.

Together, we will focus on you and your needs. You don’t have to keep walking alone. Through insight, tools, and creating a collaborative space, we will work together on helping you feel supported, empowered, and seen.
